Policies

We have a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you have received your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is in the same condition as purchased, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To process a return, contact us at info@apexhairandbeauty.com. Once the return has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. The return postage and packaging fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the correct product is to return the item you wish to exchange, once the item is returned and accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

To be refunded  for a purchase, please email info@apexhairandbeauty.com you will then be provided with details of where to return your items. Once we have received and inspected your items, we will inform you as to whether the refund has been approved or not. Once approved you will automatically refunded on your initial payment method. Please note it may take up to 28 days for your bank or credit card company to process and return the funds to you. The refund will show up as ‘Apex H&B’.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and opened or tampered products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All payments are processed on the Shopify Gateway Server.

You are able to unsubscribe from our mailing list  at any time using the link in any emails that have been sent to you

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with Shopify's security policy  and the Safebuy Trader Code.
