We have a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you have received your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is in the same condition as purchased, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To process a return, contact us at email@example.com. Once the return has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. The return postage and packaging fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get the correct product is to return the item you wish to exchange, once the item is returned and accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
To be refunded for a purchase, please email email@example.com you will then be provided with details of where to return your items. Once we have received and inspected your items, we will inform you as to whether the refund has been approved or not. Once approved you will automatically refunded on your initial payment method. Please note it may take up to 28 days for your bank or credit card company to process and return the funds to you. The refund will show up as ‘Apex H&B’.
