Please note that due to the Coronavirus pandemic product deliveries may be delayed. However, we aim to deliver our products on time as stated on the shipping & delivery page.

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same day.

Our estimated delivery period is between 3-5 working days. (This may fall on a Saturday)

Orders over £35 qualifying for free delivery will be shipped via standard delivery which may take up 10 days as per our carrier.

If multiple orders are placed you may receive more than one package containing your purchased items, in some instances you may find that your order will be delivered by multiple delivery companies, this is perfectly normal and is done to ensure you receive the service you deserve.

In other cases you may receive one parcel containing multiple orders made over a short period of time.

Some postcodes currently benefit from our 'local delivery' option. This is a trial and as such may be withdrawn at any time.
